Ac was not working and also worst part there was a water linkage from ac so half the bed was wet. Called up reception for a help so they informed us they can’t do anything we need to adjust. Waste of money and not had a proper sleep also full night

The bedsheets and towels were not clean. The room was smelly even near the lift you can smell it.

The place is clean. Good service. The taps need service. Overall a good locality. More like a party place. But convenient to lot places to go and near ro airport, so not a bad place to satya for couple of nights

I have never seen such good hospitality and very good neat clean rooms in nagpur. Have visited many properties in mumbai but this property is very good and nice excellent marvellous
